What we do

BabiaHub is an independent third-party Binance tutorial site. We are not the official Binance website, and we are not part of any exchange or organization. We focus on one thing: turning the full Binance journey, from registration to everyday use, into clear, hands-on tutorials that beginners can follow step by step.

Binance offers a huge feature set across many regions, and the official help center mostly documents features at a high level. New users tend to get stuck on very specific issues — "the app doesn't show up in my country's store", "I can't switch my Apple ID region", "KYC has been pending for days", "I sent a deposit on the wrong chain, can I recover it?". BabiaHub exists to walk you through exactly these situations.

What we are not

  • Not the official Binance site — every trade, deposit and withdrawal happens on the Binance Official site, never through BabiaHub.
  • Not a clone site — we have our own brand name, visual style and content structure, and we do not imitate Binance's UI to mislead anyone.
  • Not investment advice — feature explanations, token descriptions and step-by-step instructions are educational reference, nothing more.

How content is sourced

Every tutorial draws from three sources:

  1. Binance's official help center — used as the ground truth, so steps stay accurate over time.
  2. Real user questions — collected from search suggestions, related queries and discussions on social platforms.
  3. Hands-on testing by the author — for any article describing a specific procedure, the author walks through the entire flow on a test account before publishing.

If we find an existing article no longer matches reality, we update it right away. When Binance ships a new release or a policy changes, we add a follow-up article to cover it.

Why BabiaHub is free

There is no paywall, no membership tier, and no fee for registration or trading. The "Binance Official" and "Binance Official App" links you see in articles are simply convenience links to Binance — they do not change your fees or account benefits on Binance's side.

Contact

For now, we publish only through articles on this site and do not offer email support. Search the site first for common questions. For topics we haven't covered yet, feel free to leave a comment on the relevant article via search engines (where the platform supports it).
